We offer you all of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 both in store and online.
When purchasing online this give you the right to cancel without giving a reason, within 14 days of the delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange custom ordered products and we are also unable to refund the cost of postage for the delivery or return of the item.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states the following:
- You can ask us to repeat or fix a service if it’s not
carried out with reasonable care and skill, or get some
money back if we can’t fix it.
- If you haven’t agreed a price beforehand, what you’re
asked to pay must be reasonable.
- If you haven’t agreed a time beforehand, it must be
carried out within a reasonable time.
As such all cycle servicing will be subject to these rights and upon booking your cycle in for servicing we will need a few extra minutes to go through some paperwork to make sure we fully understand your expectations from the service.
